Operations are invisible when it's done right. No one calls to say the report came in on time, the systems worked, or the advisors had everything they needed. The calls come when something falls through. That reality shaped how I think about my role here from day one.
Before joining OneSource, I built my operations background in professional sports, starting with the San Jose Earthquakes and then as Executive Operations Assistant for the Sacramento River Cats, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Those environments are fast-moving and completely unforgiving of organizational breakdowns. I learned how to design processes that hold under pressure, communicate across departments with competing priorities, and address problems before they become disruptions.
At OneSource, I apply those same standards to the systems and structure that support our advisors. My focus is on how information moves, how the office functions, and how every part of the operation connects to the quality of what we deliver. My background in psychology and human resources management shapes how I approach team dynamics and what it actually takes to build something that functions well at every level.
Outside of work, I live in Sacramento with my fiancé Thomas and our two dogs, Pippa and Bella. I'm a former competitive soccer player and still get out on the field when I can. On weekends, you'll usually find me on Folsom Lake or planning the next trip somewhere new.
