Two decades in this industry have taught me that the most important moments rarely announce themselves. Sometimes it's someone walking in with a question they've been carrying for months, not sure who to ask. Sometimes it's a client who just received the worst kind of news and needs to know there's a steady, familiar voice on the other end of the phone. Those are the moments I care about most, and they're the reason I'm still here after all this time.
I came to financial services through accounting and office management, spending years in insurance administration before joining OneSource. My role covers what keeps the office running: bookkeeping, client records, documentation, compliance, and the daily communication that holds everything together. My approach has always been the same: treat every person and every task with the same level of care, regardless of how significant it appears at first. After all these years, I can tell you that the small things add up in both directions.
The feedback I hear most often is some version of "I don't know what I'd do without you." I take that seriously.
Outside of work, I'm in Sacramento, where I tend my garden, walk the property I'm fortunate enough to have, and stay close to the people who matter most. My husband Ralph was the center of my world, and I carry him with me every day. My two sons, four grandchildren, and a small group of friends who know how to have a real good time keep me grateful. I'm also an active member of the Robla Park Community Association and the River City Water Alliance, where I help put together events for the local community, especially for the kids.
